Roles & Responsibilities

  • Has experience in managing multiple hiring requirements at the same time.

  • Has recruited more than 10 senior resources in a month

  • Has a full understanding of end to end life cycle of recruitment

  • Has an expertise in hiring leveraging the social media and his/her own networks

  • Has done cold calling and converted non job seekers into potential candidates to hire
  • Understands how to sell the organization key strengths and look for candidates who fit into the organization culture and values.
