Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a passion for Recruitment and staffing solutions. You will use your communication skills to work effectively with candidates and teammates.

Job Requirement (Technical)

  • 2-3 years of Technical Recruitment like Java, .NET Core / Full stack, Azure DFT(mandatory)
  • At least 4-5 years in any kind of Technology / Technical Recruitment (Mandatory)
  • Clear/solid experience with IT Skills identification and understanding (Mandatory) Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn (Desired) Other social media recruitment (Desired)

Job Requirement (Soft skills)

  • Excellent communication skill (highly mandatory)
  • Effective decision making and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
  • Ready to work under tight deadline.
  • Time management skills, ability to develop, prioritize and accomplish goals with a sense of urgency

Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will participate in everyday standups.
  • Update on your daily task progress.
  • Highlight risks and suggest mitigation plans.
  • You will work with team members in India and in the US/Canada You will do recruitment related to IT employees.
  • You will participate in discussions on Recruitment plans, resources requirement and recruitment strategy.


Availability/ Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days
